The Alpha Retail design posed multiple challenges. MnKhan Architects skillfully guided the project through a parking amendment and a zoning variance to accommodate the tight sight. In addition, the expansive clay soil required close coordination with civil and structural engineers. MnKhan Architects worked closely with the client during the contractor selection process.  They also represented the client on-site and performed observation during the Construction Administration phase.
